Welcome to another Bloomin' Tuesday!
We got a little rain this past week so some plants are looking better. It seems that the late summer plants are blooming earlier than normal.
The Rose of Sharon at the back of my middle garden is showing off it's double pink blooms. The cone flowers are still looking good in this garden.
The bright pink on the right is Lord Clayton Garden Phlox. The very back of this area is filled with globe thistle.
I'm anxious to see every ones bloomers this week so grab a button, add your name and permalink to Mr. Linky and add a link to this post to your blog so we can see what's going on in your neck of the woods!

You have so many blooms, beautiful and colorful.
Love your Rose of Sharon and coneflowers by the birdhouse - what a pretty area of your garden! Thanks for hosting Bloomin' Tuesday. It's a privilege to be able to participate.
Blessings, Beth
Your Rose of Sharon sure looks happier than mine!
Hi Jean, I enjoyed seeing your blooms. I love the phlox and globe thistle.
I am getting ready to go back to work full time, but wanted to join, which is good, because I found my "yard of the month" sign in the yard by going to see what was blooming, then chasing a bunny over to where the sign is.
Purple and yellow is one of my favorite combinations. Your garden looks amazing!
Jean,
Are your rose of sharon bushes in full sun? I planted one three years ago and it has never bloomed. I am thinking it needs more direct sun. That dbl pink one of yours makes a great backdrop for the other pink flowers. Very pretty area.
Every area in your garden is so full of colour... agree it does seem the garden is showing fall colours earlier this year.. my rose of sharon is starting to flower as is the buddleia. Hoping for more rain here too.
This is my first visit to your blog. :) What a beautiful garden you have! I added your meme to a list of memes I have collected on my blog. Best wishes!
Your Rose of Sharon is glorious! You do have a beautiful garden.
What great combinations you have here, love the Phlox!
Oh love the flower pictures. I will stop by on Tuesdays as I adore flowers. I visited lavender farm and was in heaven this weekend. Stop by Behind the Gate and I will show you some pictures.
Hi Jean,
Gorgeous summer blooms! I love your Rose of Sharons and Black-eyed susan. Thank you for hosting each week.
