Garden border

I needed a border for garden areas on either side of my deck. I didn't want the usual fence pieces. I decided to use standing clay pot saucers. I got them at Walmart for a dollar each. When Laurie and I were shopping we went into Ollies, a closeout store. We spotted glazed clay pot saucers for only 49 cents each. I bought all they had.
I ended up with just enough to do both garden areas using one plain and then one glazed. I'm happy with the results.

What a great idea for a border! I'll have to remember that for my next gardens. :)

That is awesome. I've never seen that -- so original. I love the look of terra cotta anything!

What an unusual border... I love it. You just think of the most amazing things to use here and there in your garden.

It is beautiful! I am also needing borders for my garden and thinking of rocks that we can find at the farm so it will be for free. Goodness! It seems like it will take me forever to finish my border. LOL! :)
