Fireplace decor

It's good to be back with Show and Tell! I'd like to show you a fireplace decoration (I'm not sure what it's called?) I found at an antique store.I loved it the minute I saw it! I have no idea what era it is from. It is made of very thick cardboard and stands like a picture frame.
It adds a perfect pop of color to my dining room mantle and even has a bird on it.
The best part is it was only 5 dollars! Anyone have any idea what year it is from?

Very pretty fireplace decoration! My eyes were drawn to those precious little sweeties in the slide show on your side bar. What a happy Grandmom you must be!
