I just have a few little things to finish my decorating so I promise I will get back into blogging! First I would like to show you the present I bought myself.
I had a retirement goal to get a brand new car and have it paid off before I retire. I was concerned because they were going to quit making PTCruisers and I loved mine. 2010 will be the last year, but then I looked at the prices for a new car and decided that was out.
A local dealer advertised a 2009 PT in a 'Black Friday' ad that only had 1,000. miles. Yes, you read that right, one thousand miles!
I know only women are supposed to be fickle but some MAN bought it on a whim and decided after a few miles that he really wanted a truck!
It actually had 1300 when I took possession on Monday. This is my first 'new' car and hopefully will be my last car purchase. I couldn't pass up a 'brand new' car (with the brand new car smell!) at a used car price! Don't you love the color? I do!

That car is the perfect retirement car and it's so Christmasy. All shiny and red and just grand. I am thrilled for you.
