It's Bloomin' Tuesday!

Welcome!
Spring has truly arrived with all her gorgeous colors, to Western New York! In my last post I shared some of our lovely flowering trees. Today it's all about the blooms!
Trillium is one of my favorites, probably because they grow wild in our woods. They are a protected plant so I bought some bulbs. They are simple but beautiful or simply beautiful!

I also have a couple more colors of primroses blooming now.
The pink are huge and the yellow are almost neon.
Next is Bergenia (Saxifrage family). The leaves are large and leathery with a burgundy edge.
Just look at the lovely cluster of pink flowers.
I also have a small cluster of grape hyacinth.
This is the money plant in bloom. The leaf is very jagged and they can grow quite tall. I'm showing this so those I gave seed to last year won't think they are white phlox or weeds.
Lastly there are tulips! I've never had so many as this year. I love all the different colors.

I hope you've enjoyed seeing what's blooming in my garden. I'm anxious to see what's bloomin' where you are planted! Just add your name and permalink to Mr Linky to join the tour. Please, remember to add a link to this post on your post.
Happy Bloomin' Tuesday!

Hi Jean, your garden is full of beautiful blooms today. The Trilliums really are a beautiful little flower. I added a yellow one to my garden this spring, no blooms yet. Hopefully it happily spreads itself around. :) Thanks for the photo of the money plant, that was a new addition to my garden as well this spring.

I am so glad you showed the bloom of the Money Plant. I started some from seeds, gave one to Ms. Doris and one to Ms. Sandra...thank you so much. Spring is in your area for certain, it all looks beautiful!

Jean ~ yes, thank you for showing a picture of the money plant. You sent me seeds, I planted them, so far, nothing yet. I sure am hoping they take off soon! The photos are all beautiful of your plants, and your blog spring theme is lovely, too.

I enjoyed looking at your blooms. I planted some money plant seeds last fall, in hopes they'd come up and bloom this year. They didn't get very big. I think some are coming up, but they could be something else. I'll have to compare the leaves from your photo.

Thanks!

I am thoroughly in love with your trillium -- it grows here... but it's so hot so soon that they never last more than a day or so. I could gave at yours and all that your garden grows endlessly.

If you can, do come peek at my new little wee baby girl... she isn't yet named.

Thanks again for the garden delights,
Jenny
