Welcome to Bloomin' Tuesday!
We've had warmer temps and lots of rain this week but the only green I could find today was this moss so I had to get into the archives. I love moss and ground covers growing on stones and wood so that is what I'm showing you today.
Creeping Thyme
I'm not sure what this is called but I like the bright green color.

I just love the variety of texture & color that groundcovers provide in the garden. Wish I could help you with the id to the bright yellowish green one, but I'll be back to see if anyone else knows! Happy Bloomin' Tuesday Jean. Sorry I've been away so long.
I love the texture and color that ground covers bring to the garden.I do not know what the greenish yellow one is but it is very pretty.
I also love moss and ground covers growing and creeping on stones and wood. Thanks for sharing.
Blessings,
Elizabeth
Hi Jean, love all your ground covers. I really love the moss. During March we get moss too after the rains but it goes away to quickly when the weather warms up! I think it looks wonderful on wood, etc.
Happy Bloomin' Tuesday!

You have a good variety of groundcovers, and we have granite! Did you plant it, or is it all natural? I love Hens and Chicks, but they literally melt in our summer heat, and if I keep them in the house, they get leggy and ugly.

I like the bright green one the best too!
Great ground covers, there is just something so cool about that green moss.
I'm busy with grandkids today, so can't post, but I must say I love those hens and chicks. Your ground covers are beautiful. I'm in Tennessee and we had beautiful, warm weather here for the last couple of days. Yesterday I literally watched a bush leaf out as I ate my breakfast! Heavenly!
green is such a lovely color! We used to have mossy spots, I miss them. Thank you for hosting us today:)
Love all thehen and chickens and creeping thyme. I've been wanting some. The bright green is so springy, I know the name of this but I can't seem to think of it right now. So glad you have all this green in NY. Hugs, Rosemarie
Even a little bit of green in the garden cheers you up doesn't it?
I just love the hens and chicks. Frankly, I love all the groundcovers...the lime green one is gorgeious!!
Thanks for sharing.
All of my ground covers are at least three feet under the white stuff! I did enjoy seeing yours, though.
As soon as the snow melts near my garage, I plan to take a pic of the
hollyhocks you sent me. I am pretty confident they are under all the snow just waiting for spring.
oh wow I can't wait for spring and green everywhere! your site inspired me and today was beautiful outdoors. . . thanks
