OMG It's Bloomin'Tuesday!!

Please forgive me! I've been trying to hide my CRS ( can't remember...stuff!) but I really let it show today! I've been so frustrated trying to figure out Bloggers new template that I completely forgot. I guess we'll have Bloomin' Tuesday and Wednesday this week!

Hello Jean

Last night I checked your blog and when I didn't see Mr Linky up and I saw that picture of Ike's destruction in your neighborhood, I figured you weren't having it this week! So glad you are!

Yeah I saw your neighborhood looking kind of sad too. Glad it's posted though.

I followed Annie Fannie's lead last night and there wasn't a post! Oh well, you made up for it with these foliage photos. Very pretty! Love your fall foliage background.

I was here a couple of times this morning and was wondering what was up!
My Williamsburg blooms are up over to my place.

I love your new blog background and header. Makes me want to break out my plastic pumpkin and go trick or treating! :o) So cute!

Your shade garden is luscious! Love all the ferns.

(fyi: I wrote the book on "forgetfulness" -- I think you're doing great to have Bloomin' Tuesday today after a hectic Ike clean-up day yesterday!)

I, too, was afraid that you had too much devastation caused by Ike. I was so glad when I checked this afternoon and saw that you were okay. I have only had luck with my hanging ferns. I planted ferns next to the one set of back porch steps and they only last a few months.

I wasn't sure you'd be doing this today and am glad to see that you are. I have some potted ferns on my front porch that are doing well.

Love your new fall template!

I love the header & new skin Jean. Very fall festive! Your ferns look very lush & full. Ferns are some of my favorite shade loving plants, they just set the perfect backdrop for everything else. Japanese Painted Fern & Autumn Fern are my two faves at the moment.

So I'm not the only one who forgets things like that! lol Just love all your ferns...they remind me of my gran, she always had a huge fern inside her house in this big planter that sat on a stool:-)

Love your new background and header. It's no wonder I love this time of year, the colours are so gorgeous!

Goodness, I just read your previous post regarding the downed tree...unbelievable how strong a wind can be to do that!! Glad you're safe and your trees didn't get affected. xoxo
