There is Beauty

We're having a cold but sunny day today that makes you think of spring. I've just been enjoying the day and not thinking about the weather report. We had a huge thunder storm on Sunday night but I still can't see any grass!I must admit that the snow, frost and ice can be beautiful and I have taken these pictures to prove it.
This window is hanging on my deck.

Icy holly.

A glass door also hanging on the deck.

Hopefully these will be the last of my snow pictures for this year. I heard on the radio we have had 147 inches of snow so far this year!

These are nice pictures, Jean. I don't think it will be the last, though, that we will see of the snow. Don't we usually get a good snow storm around St. Patrick's Day?

That amount of snow is insane! I do hope your weather warms soon.

Jean yes there is beauty but I think I have had enough of that particular beauty. Mud is looking good to me at the moment.

That's an enormous amount of snow. Hope you can see some grass soon and get outdoors. That would certainly make you feel better. You know I was feeling that way a couple weeks ago. Buying some plants perked me up. Have a great day.

(PS I have something for you and will be sending it out next week.)

That is just too much snow for any sane person to take in one winter. LOL! Ugh! I feel for you Jean. You have to be so sick of white. The holly does look pretty dressed in ice though.

I just visited a blog where it already looks like spring. Your post looks more like what I have....still snow and ice here, too.

Your icy pics are beautiful. I think I have at least six weeks until I can get outside to begin working in the gardens,so until then, I will just stay indoors and enjoy my nonsore muscles. :)
