White lightning!

This is my favorite item I found at the flea market on Sunday. Any idea what it is?I love the green patina. The white ball is too bright for my liking so I'm searching for a clear colored ball.
Another piece of wonderful garden art, an old lightning rod! I never thought I'd be lucky enough to find one. I thought about it for about 2 seconds!
Sunday was my lucky day at the flea market! I still have a couple more items to show another day.

What great garden art! I'm not sure that that piece is though - sorry. I'm not even sure that I would've know what the lightening rod was!!

If you have the time, please stop by The Old Parsonage, I love company.

I love the barber shop pole too.

I've heard of putting lightning rods on the highest points of buildings, but I don't know what their purpose is on the ground. I also wouldn't have known that's what this was if I'd have seen it at a flea market. Thanks for sharing it.
