First we reread our book about planting.

We got out our tools and garden gloves.

Put dirt from the pail into the pots

Jerzie said this was hard work.

She put a seed in each pot. The ones with the orange spot are hers.

More dirt on top.

Just a little on each one.

Sorry for the glare. Her pots have 'Kid Stuff" sunflower seeds. They only grow about 32 inches tall.

Water each pot with her watering can.

Watching them grow!

She will become a gardener!
Go
here to see her fishing with Daddy.

What a fun thing to do with that little doll! She'll love watching those grow!
cute! Ella is dying to plant seeds too this year. I don't think we're free from "frost" yet!
Precious pictures,... of a precious little girl!
What a serious gardener and with tools like those she is bound to be a wonderful gardener!! Hers will probably grow better than all of ours.
Jerzie sure looks like she enjoyed planting her seeds. I bet when they start growing she will be all excited.
This is so great that she's getting the "feel" for gardening ans the whole process! Love it! And, she's such a doll anyway..
I am in love all over again with Jerzie. And with you!!! Such a wonderful Grandma Jean you are!!! My heart is warmed -- thank you for sharing this very special memory you've made for Jerzie.
