Welcome to Bloomin' Tuesday. Click on the names at the bottom of this post to take a garden tour all around the country without leaving the comfort of your chair!
Today I'm concentrating on bell flowers.
These first few pictures are all in the Campanula family, which has over 300 species of annuals, biennials and perennials. All of mine are perennials. The blue ones above do well in lots of shade. This white one just started to bloom.
This blue is a large plant and is at the back of my red, white and blue garden.
I love these burgundy bells!
This white has very thin stems so they bend over in all directions.
This is a Ladybell. They are at least 3 feet tall and are very delicate looking. These are Straw Foxglove. As you can see by the regular foxglove still blooming, these yellow ones are much smaller bells but the plant is still tall.
I seem to go for all types of bell shaped flowers but they are certainly not the only flowers I go for!
If you'd like to show us what's bloomin' where you are planted just put your name and blog address on Mr Linky and hit enter. Everyone is welcome and all bloomin' photos are accepted. You don't have to grow them to show them! Just remember you must sign up every week you want to participate.
Enjoy the tour!

I love all your bell flowers too... each and every one. Thanks for checking on me -- yes, I have been buried under project after project. Zoiks, I may never get done. But for now I am going to go back and gaze at your pretty posies.
Thanks,
Jenny
I love the bellflowers too. But I really envy your foxgloves. I think they are a true cottage garden plant.
These are so lovely. What a variety of colors and bell-like shapes. I couldn't pick a favorite if I tried!
Beautiful blooms as usual! You have so many flowers. I guess that's the payoff for cold winters--a summerlong burst of color. I had no flowers this week blooming at all, so I posted a strange cactus for Bloomin' Tuesday.

Love all the "Bell" flowers! I have to admit I don't have many. I must rectify that. They are gorgeous!

Hey Jean!
I posted more blooms from my Alaska trip....
LOVE the little french braids on Jerzie!
Beautiful pictures....I love bell flowers!
So many beautiful bell flowers in your garden. What a wonderful burst of colour you have! I've posted "yellow" flowers today :-}
All of the "bell" flowers are awesome! I am so amazed at the quantity of blooms you have- they seem to just go on and on!
Hi...my mom said I should join Bloomin' Tueday. I like your pictures.
We moved into this house last year, and all kinds of surprises are popping up in the garden. I figured out the Foxgloves in our yard, but until now I didn't know what the delicate purple flowers were. Now I see from your post that they're Ladybells! Thanks Jean :)
I love all your beautiful flowers. I found you at Deborah's.
Hi Jean,
These are all so pretty! My favorite is the Campanula. I brought some of those from Mom's and they look so pretty at this time of year..
xo
Your garden must be massive, you have so many flowers!
I just pulled out loads of Campanulas, much as I like them they were getting a bit out of hand. They'll come back again though, they always do.
Your flowers are just beautiful as always...I especially love the foxgloves, how gorgeous they are! I still have some seeds you sent me last year but haven't planted them yet...am planning on making another garden and planting all the seeds given to me by blogging friends, hopefully by next year:-) My Campanula in the faerie garden is full of buds so it should start blooming soon! xoxo
Beautiful bell flowers! Love the foxglove.
Hugs,
Donna
I think I like the pink bells the best, although it is certainly hard to choose. Beautiful!
I love the flowers you post about each week. The Ladybell is so pretty. Happy Bloomin' Tuesday!
wow, Jean, you have a lot of different bells.
I have never seen those white ones with the delicate stems that go in all directions.
They are all very pretty.
Hi Jean, I found your blog through another's. I like your blooming Tuesday post, I will try to participate next week!
Love, Ann
