Winterberry

We sold these plants at the grocery store. I've been waiting for them to be marked down. The tag says Winterberry from the Gaultheria family. It can be planted outside and that's why I got it.The tag says that the berries come on in September and last until spring. In June it produces white drooping flowers and can then be planted outside.
I've never seen such large berries on a winter plant .
I sure hope I can keep it alive until spring! I'm not very good with indoor plants. Do you have any Winterberry?
