Another family favorite I made over Christmas was my version of fruit pizza. There were a lot of different recipes out there for awhile so I just combined them and came up with my own.I spread a tube of sugar cookie dough on a pizza pan and bake it for about 10 minutes.
Mix together 8 oz cream cheese, softened, and 8 oz. marshmallow creme with a splash of lemon juice. Spread over cooled cookie.
Next I cut the pizza. (Cutting it after fruit is added makes it look messy) I then mix together strawberries, fresh pineapple and kiwi and spread it over the cream cheese mixture. I use this combination of fruit because they taste well together and don't discolor.I top that off with thin slices of star fruit. For summer picnics I replace the kiwi with blue berries. Give it a try, I'll bet your family will love it too!

What a great tip to cut it BEFORE putting the fruit on! I must remember that.
