Green Thumb Sunday

These pictures of the back corner of my yard were taken on a dark, dreary day. This area is where my shade garden is.
This corner is at it's brightest because of all the yellow leaves on and around a huge maple tree. Now all those leaves are covered with a light snow. I'm hoping it will dry up a little so I can get some of them raked up soon.

Very pretty. I though maple leaves were red. Are there different kinds that have different colors?
Happy GTS,

I LOVE fall... just hate what comes after it! You'll have to visit these photos often as winter drags on!

Hello dear Jean:-) Been spending the evening trying to catch up with everyone...that's what happens when I decide to take a blogging break! lol I can't get over all the leaves you still have...our trees have been bare for well over a month now and everything was raked up weeks ago. We still have a bit of the snow left from the other day, it's been too darn cold to melt! lol xox
