"Blogger Burnout"

Sorry, I haven't been very good about posting lately. I guess it's "blogger burnout!" I didn't even do Thanksgiving so I can't blame it on that! We take turns for Thanksgiving and it wasn't my turn this year. The kids went to their Dad's so I just stayed home. I took down the fall decor and did some Christmas decorating.
Putting my village on top of the kitchen cabinets is time consuming so I decided to get that done.
It always feels good to have it done. I can't wait to see if Jerzie notices it.
I also got out the Christmas dishes and put them in the china cabinet . Another big job!
Today I removed pictures, etc. and I plan on bringing all the boxes down. I'm hoping to get most everything done tomorrow and Sunday before work. I've had to go in at 5 most of the week so it's throwing me off a bit. Monday I have Jerzie and I'm making our Thanksgiving dinner. Hopefully I'll get back into the "blogger groove!"
Have you started your Christmas decorating yet?

That looks great, Jean.

I know firsthand how much work it is to climb up and down the counters to decorate the tops of cupboards. I am debating whether or not to do mine this year.

I am planning to spend most of the weekend finishing my Christmas decorating, too.

Hi Jean, love your Christmas village, looks great where you have it. I have always wanted to have a village like that, that I could set out and display each year but I know myself and I know I would be to lazy to put it up and take it down.

Wow Jean...I am so envious of your village! I have plate rails (left over from previous owners) in my kitchen so I line up different holiday plates. One of my grown-up dreams is to have a full set of Christmas dishes...what a nice tradition you have of putting them in your china hutch for the season!

Love your village. I know that's a huge job getting it all arranged.
Hope your blogger burnout is short lived!
